We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your gemstone, simply contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return.
Returned items must be in their original condition, with all original certificates and documentation included. Stones that have been set into jewelry after purchase are not eligible for return unless the stone is defective.
1. Contact us at info@khgems.com or via WhatsApp to notify us of your intent to return.
2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for insured return.
3. Once we receive and verify the return, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. For wire transfers and crypto payments, we will refund via the same method at the exchange rate at time of original payment.
